Domaine Marchand Grillot, Gevrey Chambertin 2020

"Etienne vinified all his Gevrey-Chambertin grapes this year rather than selling some. He usually retains five plots, but this year all eleven. Mid crimson purple. The bouquet is attractive, quite delicate but not weak, very promising with light strawberry notes. Fills the front of the mouth, a little lighter behind, with the sandalwood note to finish." - Jasper Morris
