MEET OUR TEAM

	Eric Desgouttes Managing Director [email protected] Eric Desgouttes is a veteran of the food and wine industry. Trained in France, he has built a career spanning 30 years across France, the UK, and Hong Kong. At Kerry Wines Greater China, Eric oversees and manages Kerry Wines in both Hong Kong and China, ensuring the delivery of high-quality wine services and experiences.
	Yohann Jousselin – Master Sommelier Head of Fine Wines [email protected] Originally from the Loire Valley in France, Yohann Jousselin began his wine journey at a young age. He quickly rose to prominence, being named World Young Sommelier of the Year in 2009 and Best Sommelier of England in 2011. At just 25, he became one of the youngest to earn the prestigious Master Sommelier diploma. Yohann has since garnered over 80 wine recognitions. In 2023, he joined Kerry Wines as Head of Fine Wines, where he continues to shape the fine wine program and support Eric in managing both China and Hong Kong teams.
	Mark Arrowsmith Sales Director – Private Sales [email protected] A 30-year veteran of the wine industry, Mark Arrowsmith is Kerry Wines’ Sales Director – Private Sales. In this role, Mark oversees the private sales operation in Hong Kong. With his profound knowledge of fine wine, he is a regular speaker at wine events and has extensive experience hosting tastings and dinners for corporations, associations, and companies.
	James Owen Sales Director – Private Sales [email protected] James has been working in the wine industry in the UK and Asia for over 26 years, in a wide variety of roles. His diverse responsibilities have included notable projects such as establishing a retail platform and an education program in Hong Kong for Berry Bros. & Rudd. In his current role at Kerry Wines, James advises Hong Kong's most discerning wine collectors and regularly hosts wine tastings and events.
	Jowie Ng Sales Director – Private Sales [email protected] Jowie began her career in the wine industry in 2006, with Bordeaux as her first region of exploration. Her passion for wine led her to achieve the WSET Level 4 Diploma in 2013. In 2024, she was inducted into the prestigious Commanderie du Bontemps and named Dame de Chevalier by the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne. At Kerry Wines, Jowie specializes in advising private and corporate clients, curating personalized wine selections, and offering expert advice.
	Steven Lee Sales Director – On & Off Trade [email protected] A certified sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers of Americas, Steven Lee has an extensive background in the food and beverage industry, primarily in the US. He served as Director of Wine and Spirits for the Michelin-starred Sixteen Restaurant at the Trump Hotel in Chicago and as Beverage Manager for NoMI Restaurant at the Park Hyatt Chicago. In 2009, he was recognized as one of the top 50 sommeliers to know in the US by StarChef's.com. At Kerry Wines, Steven manages a dynamic team of sales professionals who support the best accounts in town in both Off & On Trade.
	Queenie Cheng On & Off Trade Marketing Manager [email protected] Queenie began her career as a portfolio assistant at the BC Liquor Distribution Branch in Vancouver, Canada, where she developed her interest in wines and completed her WSET courses. Utilizing her knowledge in strategic planning and events management as a marketing management graduate, she has 10 years of wine marketing experience. At Kerry Wines, Queenie focuses on on- and off-trade marketing of agency and fine wines.
	Devon Chan Brand Manager [email protected] Devon is a dedicated wine professional with 10 years of experience in brand management and marketing. She specializes in developing brand strategies and fostering strong relationships with wineries. At Kerry Wines, Devon combines her passion for wine with her marketing skills to drive brand success. She holds a WSET Level 3 certification and manages Kerry Wines’ portfolio of fine wines.
