"The 2022 Echézeaux En Orveaux Grand Cru has a discrete bouquet that demands more coaxing than the Clos Vougeot. There is fine delineation here with attractive, pure red cherries and wild strawberry fruit. The palate is framed by filigree tannins, bright and sapid. Dried orange peel and black pepper suffuse the red fruit; the vibrant finish is quite persistent. This is a classy Echézeaux." – Neal Martin
