"Whole-bunch pressed, wild-yeast fermentation in barrel (20% new oak), mlf, 9 months' maturation in French oak. No shrinking violet, in keeping with Chapoutier model, this is a wine in the fuller-bodied style with a strong personality. Concentrated fruit with winemaking input evident: stone fruits, hazelnut, almond meal, spice and the best part is the alluring hint of wet stone/shale minerality. Comes fully formed and raring to go, even in its youth." - James Halliday

Only pristine, fully ripe fruit was selected to produce this layered Chardonnay. It’s clean, vibrant and utterly bursting with tropical tones.
