The Hedonist Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

The fruit for this wine is all from our biodynamic estate - with the rich loam over clay and patches of underlying limestone giving the wine richness.

It was fermented as a single batch, with no crushing of the berries, and kept cool to lock in those distinct cabernet characters. The wine spent 13 days on skins before being pressed.

It was matured in our large format French Foudres for 12 months before being bottled. A lot of effort has gone into ensuring the wine is a true expression of the variety.
