"Super aromatic, and I love the texture of this wine. It’s very plush with a warmth of sweet spices, elegant cedarwood notes, fragrant star anise, crunchy cranberry and blood orange. Complex, juicy, and layered with dark chocolate, savoury baking spices and red florals on the long, full-bodied finish. A 100% Pinot Noir from West Sonoma Coast and the Freestone-Occidental sub-AVA. Whole berries fermented in open-top tanks and puncheons with a mix of Demptos and Taransaud oak barrels – bottled unfined. Ashley Holland, a protégé of Bob Cabral, works in the cellar and focuses primarily on the white wines of Summer Dreams."-Decanter
