"The 2018 My Time is sweetly seductive, with pretty white flowers and almond paste giving way to baked apples and pears. It’s silky with near-glycerol textures, yet also a contrasting mix of saline-minerals and candied lime that enlivens the experience, just as notes of apricot and inner florals form toward the close. This finishes lightly structured and perfumed, with residual tension tugging at the checks offset by a nuanced inner sweetness. The 2018 is a real charmer with a balance of contrasts that never tires. My Time is a fermented blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Friulano and 30% Sauvignon that’s refined in 500-liter French oak for one year and then released when the winery deems it ready." - Vinous
