"Le Miccine is a rising star in Chianti Classico and this vintage marks the first year for organic certification. Located at 400 metres above sea level in a cooler pocket of Gaiole-in-Chianti with substantial diurnal swings, Le Miccine's telltale floral expression is particularly pronounced. Violet, rose and thyme blossom pervade the nose and palate of this medium-weight, elegant wine. It's bright and fresh with a fluid texture and fine-boned tannins, and is already approachable but has plenty of persistence." - Decanter
