Jeaunaux Robin, Les Grands Nots Brut Nature 2010

This exceptional cuvée will surprise you with the contrast it offers between its evolved nose and its freshness on the palate. Produced only with the heads of cuvées, that is to say the best first juices coming out of the press, this vintage brings together the three grape varieties in equal parts. In search of a subtle oxidation, the blended wines are vinified and aged in oak barrels , coming from Burgundy and having already bee used for three or four vinifications of prestigious crus. Vintaged every year, Les Grands Nots immortalizes each harvest and the story of a season to tell you about it seven to eight years later.
