"Crafted from vines planted in Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and Champillon (59%) and 41% in Avize and Oiry, the NV Extra-Brut Cuvée No. 742 Dégorgement Tardif, matured for 96 months on the lees under cork, reveals a subtle, complex bouquet of exotic fruits, honey, beeswax, ripe orchard fruits, chamomile and herbs. Medium to full-bodied, sappy and textured, it has a vinous, fleshy core of fruit, racy acids and a saline, delicate mid-palate, leading to a long, mineral and ethereal finish. Disgorged in April 2023 with 0.5 grams per liter dosage. This is a Champagne for gastronomy."- Wine Advocate
