"Based on the 2013 vintage, disgorged in April 2022 without dosage and matured 94 months on the lees under cork, the NV Extra-Brut Cuvée No. 741 Dégorgement Tardif reveals a complex, spicy bouquet with aromas of lemon oil, dried flowers, honey, pastry, ripe orchard fruit and smoke. It’s medium to full-bodied, enveloping and fleshy, with a delicate, crystalline texture and a tension-filled, ethereal quality along with high acidity, a sign of a cool-weather vintage. Although already thoroughly enjoyable, it should age well over the next five to eight years." - Wine Advocate
