"The 2023 Chablis Les Fourneaux 1er Cru has a potent nose with yellow plum and orange blossom scents. This has just a minor reduction, yet it retains delineation. The palate is well balanced with candied orange peel on the entry. This has fine weight and a delicate patisserie note. This is quite persistent on the crowd-pleasing finish.
