Domaine Rewa, Riesling 2018

"The 2018 Riesling is grassy and layered with lemongrass, torched hay and beeswax. The palate is cloth-y and layered with lemon verbena, rosemary, leafy herbs, bison grass, cheesecloth, brine and white pepper. The wine is wide and almost robust but retains some finesse and minerality through the finish. I like it—a lot. There’s a Pink Lady apple acidity—juicy and sweet but light. Savory, in its way but floral too. Lovely!" - Wine Advocate
