Domaine Guillemot Michel, Djinn 2021 (0.5L)

Djinn spirits are distilled from Chardonnay grapes in century-old and wood-fired double Burgundy stills. After macerating with juniper, coriander, blackcurrant bud, lemon zest, grapefruit zest, sansho and cardamom, the spirit is then distilled a third time to extract the delicate perfumes, followed by aging in demi-johns.
Djinn has the complexity of chardonnay, the might of juniper and the elegance of citrus. It is best to drink pure, slightly chilled, or with a dash of sparkling water or tonic.
