Excellent concentration, but it is the brilliance that this is married to that makes the wine stand out. Extremely long and precise finish with great mineral freshness. A cuvee of 80% syrah and 20% viognier, co-fermented. Partly matured in large oak foudre and partly in barrique. From organically grown grapes." - James Suckling

This Côte-Rôtie blonde style, with 5% Viognier, is the alliance balance of power and delicacy.Mineral, smoky nose, with black fruit, black olive, pepper,all enhanced with a floral component brought by the Viognier, it is a wine with both very aromatic and very elegant.With well-constructed but perfectly smoothed tannins, this Côte-Rôtie, which offers a beautiful oval in the mouth and a very nice final length, is suave and sensual : a graceful voluptuousness.
