Domaine des Roches Neuves, Saumur Champigny Outre Terre Rouge 2017

The style of this cuvée is a little bit different due to a long maceration (around 4 months) in Georgian Amphoras called "Qvevri". After this 4 months, the wine is aged in old barrels of Marginale. The wines have little bit more structure and power. The nose is floral with the aromas of the peony. On the palate, it provides a full and dense with a nice sweetness and the beautiful bitterness at the end of the mouth brings a nice freshness.
