Vigne en Foule … Madness in very high density ... From an experimental plot planted in the heart of Jasnières at very high density (40,000 vines/ha), this cuvée expresses fine minerality in a finely chiselled wine. This experiment forced us to review our growing methods, making it impossible to work the soil mechanically, and to modify the pruning to capture as much light as possible.
