Domaine de Belliviere, Coteaux du Loir Le Rouge Gorge 2023

Rouge-Gorge is a tribute to the little bird (robin) which flies in front of the cellars in spring. It embodies the grape variety Pineau d'Aunis. A wine of character with a wide range of aromas, this cuvée presents a fine balance of fruit (black fruit, red fruit, stone fruit) and spice, and a silky structure, while at the same time bringing the mineral signature of its terroir through all the tactile aspects of its presence in the mouth.
