Domaine Coquard Loison Fleurot, Vosne Romanee 2020

"The 2020 Vosne-Romanée Village is a blend of two lieux-dits, La Violette with 40% whole bunch and Quartier de Nuits with nary a stem. It has fine delineation and focus on the nose, very pure and with the appellation’s trademark floral lift. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, fine acidity, silky smooth but maybe it does not quite expand like the excellent Morey-Saint-Denis on the finish. Still, this should drink well over the next decade"-Neal Martin
