"Hint of char and lots of sweetness. Then the tannins are a little rough. The fruit slightly lacks freshness. Black label. Made from 2001, dedicated to Bruno’s mother who would survey the vineyards from her kitchen and give good advice. She always had one glass of Barbaresco at lunch. ‘Bruno was only child and very mummyboy’, according to his daughter Luisa.
