"The 2015 Nuits Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Cailles is one of the highlights of Bouchard's red portfolio in 2015, offering up a complex nose of orange rind, squab, red and black fruit, strawberry and rose petal. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, with creditable depth and length, structured around fine-grained but firm tannins that assert themselves on the classically Nuits finish. While more might have been possible in the 2015 vintage, this is an excellent wine." – Wine Advocate
