"Very Meursault aromas and flavors of lemon, lime, vanilla and white truffle. Not hugely rich but sweet and brisk, with sound acidity carrying the flavors through a long, palate-staining aftertaste. Prost told me that Bouchard is now picking riper chardonnay grapes, and that the berries here were turning pink. Still, the maximum percentage of rotten grapes that had to be eliminated in 2011 was just 3.5%, he added." – Neal Martin
