The Burgundy Grand Cru Experience One night. Three Producers. Six Grand Cru Wines. Join us for Burgundian night at Seasons and sample their creative French cuisine. Julien Brocard from Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard, Marco Caschera from Vincent Girardin and Christophe Bichot from Albert Bichot, will be on hand to guide you through some of their Grand Cru jewels. After savouring two Chablis Grand Crus from Brocard, you will travel (through the glass!) to the Côte de Beaune and enjoy the rich and powerful Bâtard Montrachet from Vincent Girardin. Then there will be three Grand Crus from Gevrey-Chambertin waiting to be discovered, displaying the various nuances from their different “terroirs”.
