Domaine Des Roches Neuves

Since Thierry Germain took over the domaine in 1991, he has painstakingly improved the quality of his wines, resulting in Domaine des Roches Neuves producing some of the most exciting wines in the Loire Valley today.

A passionate and meticulous winemaker, he is dedicated to site specific wines produced from Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc. He has also brought in biodynamic and organic growing practices in the fine limestone-laced vineyard, contributing to the ultra purity of his wines.

The goal of Thierry Germain is to produce Cabernet Franc with purity, finesse, drinkability and the silky elegance of pinot noir. When it comes to his Chenin Blancs, these are minerally and fresh when young and slowly take on weight with time.
