Overture by Opus One 6x0.75L (bottled 2016)

"This version of this established blend of two or three vintages was bottled in August 2016. This is also offered on the Place de Bordeaux nowadays. Mainly Cabernet Sauvignon. Notably deep crimson. This is much more obviously Napa Valley and obviously Cabernet than the Opus One 2015. There's a strongly ripe, heady quality on the nose – although overall its much less aromatic than the Opus – and a pronounced cassis quality. Definitely sweet with a dryish finish, but the overall texture is pretty polished." - Jancis Robinson
