Gallica Wine Dinner - The Quintessential Napa Cabernet

At this dinner, Rosemary Cakebread, owner and winemaker of Gallica, will guide you via zoom, on a range of her wines, including a min-vertical of her beloved Cabernet.


With over 30 years’ experience, Rosemary Cakebread has been instrumental in bringing Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon to prominence. She makes a diverse range of wines, from Rhône varietals to Albariño, with each coming from their very unique parcels of vineyards, but the center of her love is unquestionably Cabernet Sauvignon. The elegant Cabernet from Oakville ranch and St. Helena is a work of art.


The winemaking processes behind Gallica are simple, relying on small lot fermentation and hand punch-downs to coax out the lush tannins. The end goal is to bottle balanced and expressive wines which represent the best of a particular vintage.


Gallica Cabernet Sauvignon has been rated 94+ points by Robert Parker 6 different times since her first vintage in 2007.
