Michelin Star Guest Chef - Champagne and Burgundy Wine Dinner

Join us at Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social, Cordis Hong Kong, with Michael Wignall, renowned British Chef and owner of the one Michelin-star restaurant, The Angel at Hetton. In collaboration with Alibi’s Chef de Cuisine, James Oakley, he will prepare a stunning six course dinner, paired with a selection of wines from Champagne Henriot, Domaine William Fèvre and Domaine Bouchard Père & Fils.

As one of the most respected chefs in the UK, Michael has won Michelin stars in every kitchen he has been in charge of. His ever-evolving style creates unique dishes full of flavour, underpinned by a contemporary, less formal approach to fine cuisine. Earning two Michelin stars for The Latymer Restaurant at Pennyhill Park in London has been one of his greatest achievements. In 2016, Chef Michael joined Gidleigh Park in Chagford and managed to retain its two Michelin stars by shaping the menu around his own incredible cooking style. At the beginning of 2018, he took on his first solo venture with The Angel at Hetton, which has just received one star in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2020.
