Join us on a unique Bordeaux learning and dining experience with Jean Clément Casse, Export Business Development Manager of Vignobles Bernard Magrez, at Petrus, Island Shangri-La.

Jean Clément will guide us on an exciting Bordeaux journey. During the workshop, you will have the chance create your very own blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir wines, followed by a 5-course menu paired with a selection of the finest Château Pape Clement, dating back to the 1981.

Château Pape Clément has one of the oldest documented histories of any Bordeaux vineyard, with the first recorded harvest in 1252 ! It takes its name from its most famous owner, Bertrand de Goth, archbishop of Bordeaux, who went on to become Pope Clément V ! Moving on in time, Bernard Magrez became the sole owner of the estate in 1980's and is now the owner of 40 vineyards from around the world and the single owner of 4 Grands Crus Classés in Bordeaux.
