An Exquisite Bouchard Grand Cru Dinner

In celebration of Bouchard Père & Fils joining our Burgundy Portfolio, we are thrilled to present a sumptuous 6-course dinner at Gaddi’s Restaurant, paired with an impressive range of their Grand Cru wines, including an impeccable double magnum of Le Montrachet 2008.

Hosted by Thomas Seiter, CEO of Bouchard Père & Fils & Philippe Prost, who has been at the estate since 1978, they will share their unique insight into the wine making and the history of this renowned estate.

Bouchard Père & Fils can trace its history back to 1731. Since the Henriot family’s acquisition in 1995, the estate has rejoined the top echelon of Burgundy producers. The estate holds the finest plots in the most prestigious Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune vineyards, more than two-thirds of which, are planted in Grand Cru and Premier Cru appellations. These unique and exceptional holdings enable the estate to produce very pure expressions of the many different terroirs.
