About the Restaurants:
GOSANGO, comprising of three exciting and unique dining outlets, including the elevated hot pot restaurant J POT, causal all-day dining restaurant and bar SENSU and finally WAGYU VANNE, a novel, refined reinterpretation of a yakiniku.
Each outlet will serve, for the first time in the city, the acclaimed Hiyama Kuroge Wagyu beef, produced by one of Japan’s oldest and finest meat suppliers.

About Rizzi

Perched on the panoramic hilltop of Rizzi in Treiso, this estate has been owned by Ernesto Dellepiana since 1974 and spans across one of the best sites in the Barbaresco DOCG. Today, Ernesto’s daughter Jole and his son Enrico are actively involved in the winery. According to Enrico his objective is “to produce wine that follows the tradition of the region, and to ensure that as much of the character and personality of the vineyard, and grape varietal as possible is present in the bottle. Transparency of terroir and fruit clarity are my goals”.
