About Weingut Schätzel

“Cultivating 12 organic hectares of vines in Nierstein, Kai Schätze has been one of the shooting stars of the Rheinhessen in the past few years.” – Wine Advocate
“Riesling lovers have to check out this domaine, whose most prestigious Riesling is indeed a Kabinett from the Pettenthal grand cru.” – Wine Advocate

The Schätzel family has been making wine along the Rhine River for the last 650 years. From the beginning, their goal has been to produce wines that recount their place of
origin with each sip. The crucible of their efforts: steep red shale vineyards such as Pettenthal, Ölberg and Hipping, lend the wines a distinct minerality and sophisticated structure. “Give nature her space,” is the winery’s motto, and under the vaulted ceilings of the estate’s 800-year-old cellar, the wines are given the time and freedom to develop
in full.

Caroline and Kai Schätzel assumed the helm in 2008. They have dedicated themselves to a singular style, built around a slow and steady hand in the vineyard. Schätzel wines are known as sleek and puristic, with extreme depth and cellarability.

About Weingut St. Urbans Hof

Wine has been central to the Weis Family. Currently run by third- generation winemaker, Nik Weis, the St. Urbans-Hof estate is situated in the prestigious Mosel region of Germany. The estate produces Rieslings that perfectly capture the individual terroirs of the estate’s vineyards. With textbook expressions of the beloved region, the wines present enchanting aromatics, bright minerality and impressive depth.

The family has long understood the importance of terroir and the influence of Mother Nature, embracing the belief that the noblest expressions of a wine’s character lie in the
authenticity of its origin and not in the hands of men. This has always been the guiding principle in the production of St. Urbans-Hof wines.

About Dönnhoff

“Dönnhoff is to Nahe, what Domaine de la Romanée-Conti is to the Côte d’Or” – Wine Advocate
“One of the finest producers in the world today” – Wine & Spirits magazine

Weingut Hermann Dönnhoff has been making wine here in the Mittleren Nahe region, for over 200 years. This steep and rural valley is the source of many of Germany’s purest
and most profound Rieslings. Thanks to the rich volcanic and slate soil, the wines offer distinct minerality and character. The estate’s wines are celebrated for their purity and
focused expression of terroir, and are some of the most fashionable and highly coveted Rieslings in the world.
