Conte d'Attimis-Maniago Wine Dinner Kerry Wines cordially invites you to a Conte d’Attimis-Maniago wine dinner at the one Michelin starred restaurant, CIAK – In the Kitchen. Under the leadership of one Michelin starred Chef Valentino Ugolini and the consultancy of three Michelin starred Chef Umberto Bombana, you will enjoy a true sense of Italian hospitality with an authentic 5 course menu, paired with some of the signature wines from Friuli. This historic estate is one of Friuli’s oldest wine producing properties and has been in the noble D’Attimis family for nearly five hundred years. Located in the prestigious Collio region, Conte D’Attimis-Maniago focuses on indigenous grape varieties that best reflect the unique terroir and tradition of Friuli. One benefit of such a long history, is the knowledge and experience in crafting beautiful wines, that stand the test of time. These aromatic wines offer remarkable purity and depth and manage to maintain their youthful character after years in the cellar.
