Welcome to Kerry Wines!
Lucaris glass pairing dinner How does the shape of the glass affect the taste of the wine? Please join us for dinner at the Neighborhood, a hidden gem, offering upscale French-Italian cuisine, in a minimalist space, with Mr. Nelson Chow, Chairman of the Hong Kong Sommelier Association (HKSA), to experience an exquisite night of wine, food, and glass pairing. Different shapes of glasses will be used to compare tastes and aromas of wines specially selected for the night. In collaboration with HKSA, Lucaris has designed and developed a new wine glass collection – Desire, to elevate the sophistication of the wine drinking experience. Unique to this new collection is the Aerlumer design — Lucaris’ signature of innovation. Aerlumer is composed of curl lines, beautifully carved at the bottom of the glass, to encourage micro-oxidation while one is swirling the glass. However, the Aerlumer feature, is an intentionally subtle design, to avoid visual distortions when appreciating the wine’s true colors and texture.
