Today’s highlight is the Château du Pegau, Côtes du Rhone Villages Cuvée Setier 2015, made by the famed Domaine du Pegau. “I have long been a huge fan of this estate”, says Robert Parker, the legendary wine critic. This star winery uses traditional winemaking methods to produce old styled Châteauneuf-du-Pape and is the all time favourite of wine connoisseurs.

Côtes du Rhone is usually regarded as an entry level wine, simple and easy to drink. But, this is a top Côtes du Rhone from a vineyard on the border of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Medium bodied, with rich red and dark fruits, this also embodies flavours of pepper, smokiness and floral notes. This little beauty is rated 90 points by The Wine Advocate!
