"The 2019 Soave La Broia is intense as it blows off a hint of reduction to reveal pungent florals with hints of hazelnut and lime tinged apples. It’s rich and pliant with near glycerol textures and a mix of minerals and sour lime that creates wonderful contrasting tension. This tapers off long and floral with a tart twang of granny smith." - Vinous
It is delicate on the nose, complex , with hints of acacia honey, citrus, apricot , dried fruit , toasted hazelnuts, which are all also perceived on the palate, with beautifully balanced sugar and acid.
