"The 2021 Pinotage is 100% de-stemmed and matured for just under 10 months in barrel, 12% in 400-litre new oak. This is highly perfumed and very floral on the nose with scents of dried violet petals and iris flower. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins on the entry, a slightly herbal Pinotage with a touch of black pepper on the finish. This should offer pleasure of several years." - Vinous
