Domaine Guillemot-Michel

Pierrette Michel and her husband Marc Guillemot became the winemakers of Domaine Guillemot-Michel in 1985. They cultivate their vineyards organically and converted to Biodynamics in 1991. Their daughter Sophie and her husband Gautier joined the estate in 2012. They grow Chardonnay on their estate, focusing on self-sustainability. All grapes are hand-picked at full maturity and slowly pressed, while fermentations are conducted naturally.
