Yes, we can help change your order as long as it has not been packed for dispatch and if your request is made and received in writing no later than 12:00 noon, one (1) working day prior to the date of delivery.

We deliver to all home or office addresses on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories.
For the time being, we are unable to deliver to Peng Chau, Cheung Chau and Lamma Island.
Delivery service to the Hong Kong International Airport area, including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan:
Wednesday: For orders under HK$1,800, a delivery charge of HK$120 per delivery address will apply. Orders over HK$1,800 per delivery address are delivered free of charge.
On other days: an additional surcharge of HK$300 per delivery address will apply.
Ma Wan deliveries are only available between 10:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays, due to restricted access after 4:00pm.
Delivery is free for orders of HK$1,800 or more, per delivery address, however do note the following delivery options and charges:

Delivery will be arranged any time within the scheduled time slot.
We offer next day delivery for orders received between Monday to Friday by noon.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be delivered the day after the next full working day.
You can also choose your preferred delivery date up to a month after the order date.
We aim to deliver between 10:00am and 6:00pm. We cannot guarantee a time as there are some factors we cannot control, such as traffic.
Please call us at 2169-7700 at least 1 working day prior the scheduled day. The team will confirm the availability for you.
Due to operational reasons, we are not able to make any changes on the scheduled delivery date.
A $200 re-delivery fee applicable on each request.
Currently we do not have any retail location in Hong Kong.
If you would like to pick up the wines at our office, a $100 handling fee is applicable per order.
Please note we do not store wines at our office, advance arrangement is necessary for the stocks transfer.
