How do I order online?

    • To begin shopping, simply:
      • - Choose the wine you would like to buy
      • - Click 'Add to my cart' to place items in your shopping cart.
      • - Click on ‘Items’ at the top of the page to review your selections.
      • - Click on the 'Remove' icon to delete items
    • When you are finished shopping, click 'Checkout' to enter your payment and delivery details.

When can I order?

    • You can order 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
    • Our Customer Service Team can be reached from 10:00am to 6:00pm (weekdays).

Can I change my order?

    • Yes, we can help change your order as long as it has not been packed for dispatch and if your request is made and received in writing no later than 12:00 noon, one (1) working day prior to the date of delivery.

    • If you would like to change your order, please e-mail or contact our Customer Service Team at +852 2169-7700 and quote your order reference number.

Can I cancel my order?

    • Yes you can. Please give us notice one day before the dispatch date. Please click here to see to our Cancellation policy for further details.

Where do you deliver to?

    • We deliver to all home or office addresses on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories.

    • For the time being, we are unable to deliver to Peng Chau, Cheung Chau and Lamma Island.

    • Delivery service to the Hong Kong International Airport area, including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan:
      Wednesday: For orders under HK$1,400, a delivery charge of HK$150 per delivery address will apply. Orders over HK$1,400 per delivery address are delivered free of charge.
      On other days: an additional surcharge of HK$300 per delivery address will apply.

    • Ma Wan deliveries are only available between 10:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays, due to restricted access after 4:00pm.

Is delivery free? Or is there a minimum order?

Delivery is free for orders of HK$1,400 or more, per delivery address, however do note the following delivery options and charges:

Please note that we will call you 30 minutes before delivery to confirm the exact delivery time.

How long will it take for my wines to arrive?

    • We offer next day delivery for orders received between Monday to Friday by noon.

    • Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be delivered the day after the next full working day.

    • You can also choose your preferred delivery date up to a week after the order date.

    • We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

At exactly what time will my order arrive?

    • We aim to deliver between 10:00am and 6:00pm. We cannot guarantee a time as there are some factors we cannot control, such as traffic.

    • If you would like to specify a delivery time slot – 10:00am to 2:00pm or 2:00pm to 6:00pm – a HK$80 surcharge will apply.

Orders of HK$3,000 or more, per delivery address

    • You can choose between the following delivery time slots – 10:00am to 2:00pm or 2:00pm to 6:00pm. 

What if there is breakage, shortage or the order is wrong?

    • We always strive to provide you with peace of mind when it comes to your order. If any of the bottles are broken, short or if we have got your order wrong, simply e-mail or contact our Customer Service Team at +852 2169-7700 and quote your order reference number.
