12 months aging in barrels. No sulfur, no filtration. The nose is very floral with the aromas of the peony. On the palate, it provides a full and dense with a nice sweetness and the beautiful bitterness at the end of the mouth brings a nice freshness.
The style of this cuvée is a little bit different due to a long maceration (around 4 months) in Georgian Amphoras called "Qvevri". After this 4 months, the wine is aged in old barrels of Marginale.
